# How Are the Currencies Handled in Relevant Yield?

By default, the system uses the currencies set in the various SSPs, but you can also change the currency within Relevant Yield at both the SSP and ad server levels. This flexibility is necessary because some SSPs only provide values in a specific currency.

Relevant Yield collects daily currency values stored from a trusted currency API (fixer.io) and uses the actual currency value for each individual day.

Please note that if you choose to work with a non-standard currency, it may differ slightly from your end-of-month revenue statements from your SSPs and ad servers due to this conversion.
